What the setup fee covers.
Your one-time setup fee is the professional build of your website, scaled to the plan you choose. Depending on your plan, that includes page design, mobile-responsive setup, SSL security, domain connection, logo implementation, conversion-focused copy, contact or lead-capture forms, social links, analytics, foundational on-page optimization, and search-engine submission and indexing support.
Chatbot features vary by plan. Foundation includes a lead-capture chatbot. Growth includes an AI chatbot trained on business information you approve.

Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name. VersaReach connects it to your website and keeps the site live and secure.
Can I update the site myself?
Every plan includes editing access for minor changes. Foundation and Growth also include professional update time each month, and larger work is available whenever you need it.
Is SEO included?
No. Foundation and Growth include foundational on-page setup — page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, and image alt text — plus basic search-engine submission so your site can be found. That is not ongoing SEO management, keyword-ranking work, or backlink building. Google Business Profile management is a separate VersaReach service.
How quickly can my website be completed?
Start-up sites are typically live in about 7 business days, Foundation in 7–10 business days, and Growth in 14 business days. The clock starts when we have all of your content, approvals, and account access.
What does “one standard page per month” mean on Growth?
One standard informational or service page each month, built from source material you provide, in your site’s existing design. Custom functionality, advanced integrations, extensive research, and large-scale design work are quoted separately. Unused pages do not carry over.
When does monthly billing start?
Your monthly plan begins after your setup payment, on the next 1st or 15th of the month, whichever comes first, and renews on that date each month. Monthly plans are month to month with no long-term contract.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Yes. Monthly plans are month to month with no long-term contract. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice, and your site stays live through the end of your paid period. You keep your domain, your logo, and all content we wrote for you. Because your site runs on our platform, the design itself stays with us, but you can request a transfer copy for a flat fee.
