The terms behind every website plan.
Plain-language billing, cancellation, and ownership terms for the Start-up, Foundation, and Growth plans. These terms are part of your service agreement.
01Setup fee and when work begins
The one-time setup fee covers the build of your website. For Start-up and Foundation, the full setup fee is due before work begins. For Growth, half is due at signing and the balance is due when the site is ready for your review.
The setup fee is non-refundable once design work has begun, except as described in Section 9.
02Build timeline and your materials
Build times run from the date we receive all required materials: your content, logo, photos, approvals, and any account access we need. Typical build times are about 7 business days for Start-up, 7–10 business days for Foundation, and 14 business days for Growth.
If we have not received your materials, or a response to our requests, for 60 days, the project is closed and the setup fee is retained. Monthly billing is not paused while we wait for materials.
03Monthly billing
Your monthly plan begins after your setup payment, on the next 1st or 15th of the month, whichever comes first. It renews on that same date each month.
Monthly plans are month to month. There is no long-term contract.
04Cancelling your plan
You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice to demo@versareach.com. Your website stays live through the end of your paid period. We do not refund partial months.
05What you keep, and what stays with us
You keep: your domain name, your logo, your photos, all content you provided, and all copy we wrote for you.
Stays with VersaReach: the website design and build. Your site runs on our platform, so the design itself does not transfer when a plan ends.
Transfer copy: on request, we will deliver a static copy of your published pages for a flat fee of $200, within 10 business days of payment. A static copy includes the page layouts, text, and images. It does not include hosting, form handling, chatbot operation, analytics, or any other platform feature, and it may need adjustment to run on another host.
06Reactivation and deletion
Within 90 days of cancellation, you may reactivate your site for one month’s plan fee. After 90 days, the site is permanently deleted. Rebuilding after deletion requires a new setup at the then-current retail price.
07Late payment
If a monthly payment fails, you have a 10-day grace period to update payment. After that, the site is suspended until payment is received, and a $25 restoration fee applies.
08Price changes
We may change monthly plan pricing with at least 30 days’ written notice. Changes never take effect in the middle of a billing cycle.
09Our delivery promise
If we miss the stated build time by more than 10 business days for reasons on our side, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your setup fee.
10Included update time and pages
Foundation includes 15 minutes and Growth includes 30 minutes of website updates each month. Growth also includes one standard informational or service page per month, built from source material you provide. Unused time and unused pages do not carry over. Work beyond your included time, additional pages, custom functionality, and advanced integrations are quoted before we start them.
11Chatbots
The Foundation chatbot collects visitor inquiries and contact details. It is not an AI chatbot. The Growth AI chatbot answers general visitor questions using business information you approve. It is not for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing the information it is trained on.
12Your content and third-party services
You confirm that you have the right to use all content, images, and logos you give us. Your website depends on third-party services, including the hosting platform and your domain registrar. We use reasonable efforts to keep your site live but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services we do not control.
13Agreement and governing law
These terms are part of your VersaReach service agreement. Where the two differ, the signed service agreement controls. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
