When the bank can’t help, your revenue can.
Most banks turn down 4 out of 5 small businesses: no collateral, credit that is not spotless, not enough years on the books. Our funding partner approves on cash flow instead. Qualified businesses get a decision in as fast as one business day and funding in as little as one to three business days.
VersaReach is not a lender. We help you walk in knowing your number, get the best offer, and put the money to work where it produces revenue.
DECISION
QUALIFIED BUSINESSES
PARTNER’S PROVIDERS
Do you qualify? Four numbers decide it.
No collateral. No perfect credit. Approval is based on your revenue. If you clear these four, you are worth a conversation.
Gross sales per month, shown on your bank statements.
The owner’s score. This is a floor, not a target. Revenue matters more.
Six months of operating history. Longer history unlocks larger amounts and lower cost.
Your three most recent business bank statements. That is the whole file.
Why these numbers and not a credit score alone: traditional lenders want collateral, high credit, and long profitability histories. Our funding partner judges the health of a business on its cash flow. Requirements are set by the funding partner and may change.
The two numbers you need before you apply.
Both depend on how your business reads on paper. Time in business is the biggest lever: it moves your approval amount and your cost of capital at the same time.
Know your number before a lender does.
Your approval amount, your tier, and your cost of capital all come from the same place: how your business reads on paper. Revenue, time in business, credit, and three months of bank statements. Most owners find out how that file reads from a decline, or from an offer that costs more than it should.
The Financial Readiness Assessment reads the file first. It is an independent, lender-style review of how financially prepared your business appears, done by VersaReach, not by the funding partner. You get:
- A clear read of which approval tier your business currently sits in
- The specific gaps that are costing you amount or adding to your cost
- What to fix, and what to leave alone, before you submit an application
- Whether the funding pays for itself against the growth it is meant to produce
- A written report with a reference ID you can keep and share
It is informational, never an approval decision. It does not guarantee funding or terms. What it does is stop you from walking into a lender blind.
Financial Readiness Assessment
See your business the way a lender does, before a lender does.
- Lender-style financial review
- Your tier, your gaps, your fixes
- Written report with a reference ID
- Delivered by VersaReach, in house
A decline costs you time and a hard inquiry. This costs $497 and tells you the answer first.

What the funding looks like.
The program
- Funds from $10,000 to $2 million
- 6 to 24 month terms
- Daily or weekly payments, no large monthly payment
- Approval based on revenue, not collateral or perfect credit
- One application, multiple providers compete, you see the best offer
- Partner promise: if they cannot beat your best offer, they pay you $500
Common uses for service businesses
- Trucks, machines, and tools that raise your capacity
- Inventory and materials bought ahead of the season
- Expansion, a second crew, or a new service area
- Launching a marketing or client-acquisition campaign
- Working capital to cover payroll while receivables clear
- Bridging the gap between the busy season and the slow one
Capital is a tool, not a rescue.
We diagnose before we prescribe, and that rule applies to money too. At 1.15x to 1.49x, the capital has to produce more than it costs.
Funding usually makes sense when…
- You have more demand than you can currently service
- A piece of equipment would directly raise capacity or margin
- A growth system has a predictable return and needs a head start
- A seasonal cash gap is a timing problem, not a loss
We will tell you to wait when…
- It would cover losses with no plan to stop them
- The daily payment would eat the margin it was supposed to create
- The real bottleneck is leads or follow-up, not cash. That gets fixed first
If funding is not the right move, we will say so. A broker who pushes capital on every business is selling a product. We are solving a bottleneck, and the Readiness Assessment is how we prove which one you have.
Frequently asked questions.
What credit score do I need?
A personal FICO score of 550 or higher for the owner. That is the floor set by the funding partner, not a target. Approval is based mainly on your revenue, so a business with strong cash flow and average credit is a normal file here, not an exception.
How long do I need to have been in business?
At least six months. Time in business is the single biggest lever in this program: under one year you can expect about half of one month’s revenue, at one to two years about one month’s revenue, and at two years or more up to twice your monthly revenue, at a lower cost of capital.
Is VersaReach a lender?
No. VersaReach is a business growth consultancy. Antoine Roberts is a certified funding broker with David Allen Capital, our funding partner, whose network of providers makes every approval decision and sets every term. VersaReach’s own work is the Financial Readiness Assessment and helping you put the capital to work.
What will it cost me?
Total repayment runs about 1.15x to 1.25x the funded amount for businesses two years or older, and about 1.26x to 1.49x for younger businesses. Payments are daily or weekly over 6 to 24 months. Your offer states the full repayment amount before you sign anything, and applying is free.
How fast is it?
The application takes minutes. Decisions come as fast as one business day, and funding in as little as one to three business days once you accept an offer. Timing depends on how quickly your documents come in.
What will I need to apply?
Your three most recent business bank statements, basic business information, and identification. The funding partner gives you the exact list when you apply.
Does the Financial Readiness Assessment guarantee approval?
No. It is an independent, informational review of how your business reads to a lender. It tells you where you stand and what to fix. It cannot promise an approval, an amount, or a rate, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Do I have to buy a growth system to use this?
No. Funding access stands on its own. If your numbers show the capital needs a plan behind it to pay for itself, we will tell you, and we will show you what that plan looks like. VersaReach may receive a referral fee from the funding partner when a business we refer is funded.
Your next steps are waiting. Walk in knowing your number.
Funding decisions are often made the same day. The difference between a good offer and an expensive one is usually what the lender sees in your file. See it first.
